This converted old village stone house is set in a wonderful location  right on the edge of the beach.   It is located in a small village close to the peaceful and picturesque fishing village of Agios Nikoloas.   The house which has been completely modernized consists of an open plan lounge and kitchen area which has a 2 ring gas hob, fully equipped kitchen utensils a fridge and a washing machine.   There is also a dining table and chairs.   In the corner there is a log burning aga which provides heat in the winter and can also be used for cooking.   On the ground floor there is one double bedroom and on the first floor reached by outside steps there is another pretty room with its own balcony overlooking the beach.  There is also a wood burning stove in this room for the winter months.  The house also has solar heating and a back up electric boiler, wi-fi, and fast internet connection The property also has its own well and water filter system.   This house would suit a couple or friends sharing who wanted to stay in the area  for between 3 and 6 months in the summer or it could be rented all year round. This house would suit someone who would like to be in a relatively peaceful location right by the sea and within easy distance to the local amenities.
