Eight charming and delightful little studio houses overlooking the beach at Akrogiali which is a picturesque coastal village only a 15 minute drive to the city of Kalamata and a 5 minute drive to the harbour of Kitries.with its two lovely fish tavernas. The houses are within strolling distance to the sandy beaches of Akrogiali and Santava. These simple little houses would make a delightful retreat for someone who would like a peaceful and secluded spot away from the crowds and doesn't mind basic, no frills accommodation. The houses consist of a kitchen area with steps leading to a raised platform area which could be used as a lounge and another area to the rear which could be used as a sleeping space. French doors lead out to the terrace which has outside tables and chairs and a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. The front entrance also has its own little terrace area adorned by beautiful flowering shrubs and bougainvillea.
These little studio houses will be available for long term rental from September 2007. They are also available for short term rental for 3/4 months during the summer season starting 2008.
