A very pleasant 2 bedroom detached house for long term rental. The house is partly furnished and consists of a good size fitted kitchen with fridge and mini cooker, dining table and chairs. The first floor consists of a spacious light and airy lounge with lovely open log fire place and French doors leading to the balcony with spectacular views of the mountains. There is also a guest toilet and shower room on this floor. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, one contains a double bed and the other one has room for 2 single beds.

On This floor there is also a tiled bathroom with a full size bath and shower on this floor. The house sits on its own plot and has a large outside garden area. It is only 7 kms from the picturesque coastal village of Kardamili and would ideally suit two friends sharing or a couple. There is ample scope to develop the garden area for a keen gardener and it would also be useful for anyone who might have a dog. It is on the bus route but as the buses only run twice a day one's own transport is recommended. The house is also fully central heated for the winter and it has air conditioning and mosquito blinds. It is in a peaceful location and very close to the village of Exochori
