A one bedroom detached stone house which stands on a large plot with spacious gardens so there is plenty of room for planting your own vegetables or flowering shrubs.   The house is located on the edge of a popular village only a10 minute drive to the picturesque coastal resort of Kardamili.   The accommodation consists of a lounge with wood burning fireplace and French doors that lead out into the sunny garden.   A small kitchenette with mini oven hob and fridge.  

A small guest shower room and toilet.  A spiral staircase leads to the master bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet.  French doors lead out 2 balconies one facing south and the other facing west.  The house is surrounded by olive groves and from that balconies there is a breathtaking view of the sea and the Messinian coastline.  To the rear there are wonderful views of the Taygetos mountains.   The accommodation is unfurnished.  The village is within easy strolling distance and there is a village shop and two tavernas .
