A first floor self contained apartment in the centre of  Kardamili.  This apartment is part of a traditional stone house but has the advantage of having its own entrance and private balcony.   On the ground floor level a door leads into the kitchen dining room area which has a full size oven, dining table and chairs and a full size fridge. 

A door leads into the shower room with toilet, shower and storage shelves.  A spiral staircase leads up to first floor bedroom which has a double bed , wardrobe and storage space.  French doors lead out onto the balcony.  The apartment is within strolling distance to the sea, the harbour and the beach at Ritsa as well as the local shops and amenities.   This apartment would suit a quiet single person or couple as the landlady lives next door.
