This village stone house is set in one of the most traditional and picturesque mountain villages in Messinian Mani.  The village is 7kms from the popular coastal resort of Kardamili.   It is ideally placed for walking in the mountains and the village has 3 tavernas and a mini market.
The house is approximately 50 m². and consists of ground  floor area and a basement that runs underneath. 

The house has its own enclosed private courtyard and steps lead down onto a lower ground floor garden area with an archway that leads into the basement.  The house has a traditional beamed ceiling and the ground floor area consists of  two rooms and the rear room which  has a traditional fireplace.  The house needs restoring and another floor could be added which would give lovely views of the sea and the Messinian coastline as well as the Taygetos mountains in the background.
