From the lounge you also access the master bedroom with a shower room next door, small storage space. Wooden stairs from the lounge bring you to the mezzanine floor with walk in wardrobe and another sleeping area.

The third sleeping area with a double bed is below the balcony and has its own private entry door and toilet area.

The access to the property has been designed with ramps throughout and ideal for those with any mobility issues. The grounds around the house have a well maintained and mature garden.

A wide driveway will accommodate any medium size of vehicle and an ample parking area which is shaded by a grapevine.
