We do provide Valuation Reports for your property on request -whether you’ve decided to sell, or still thinking about it….

Unfortunately our past policy of providing free valuations has been taken advantage of recently, and we have now decided that we need to charge for this service. The fee however, will be deductible from any future fees we would charge for marketing your property.

Irrespective of whether your property is land, house or a restoration project, Greekscape will charge a Eu 200 plus vat ( Eu 248 total) for this service, payable upon receipt of your Valuation Report.

This fee however will be deducted from your Agency Fee that we charge for selling your property, 100% under an Exclusive Sales Agreement, 50% refunded, should you choose to place with multiple agencies and we complete the sale for you.
