A delightful, traditional fishing cottage on the harbour in the beautiful village of Agios Dimitrios, the village has a lovely cafe and a waterfront taverna within a 10-minute walk. Agios Nikolaos with its varied cafes and restaurants is very close by and the popular sandy beach of Pantazi is a 10-minute walk.
The cottage is split into two levels and the owners live upstairs when they are in the area. The lower level consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and WC, and an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen. The outside area has a beautiful verandah that overlooks the pretty harbour, perfect for Al fresco dining. Air conditioning units are used for heating and cooling.
There are plenty of very nice walking paths in the area which makes this rental property ideal for anyone who enjoys meandering through the countryside and experiencing life in a wonderful part of the Mani.
