It is a short walk to the beach and close to the harbour of Agios Nikolaos with its wonderful selection of bars, tavernas and shops.
The olive grove has 30 producing olive trees , all utilities are close by (power, water and comms) and it has excellent access for construction works. A house of up to 140 m² could be built on the land. The views from a two-storey house would be of the Messinian gulf and the Taygetos mountains
