The house has very nice views of the Messinian coastline and the Taygetos mountains in the background. There are 2 double bedrooms. The bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes and storage. There is also a good size bathroom with a full-size bath, shower and sink. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is an open-plan lounge and kitchen area. The kitchen has fully fitted units, a fridge freezer, a washing machine, and a hob and there is an open wood-burning fireplace. Outside. There is a solar water heating system with backup electric water heating, mosquito nets and air conditioning. The house also has a small store room which will come in very handy.
