We all have dreams about running off to Greece and finding a beautiful house nestled in the olive groves where we can experience traditional Greek life in all its glory. Well, this is your chance!

This rental is quite modern inside and light and airy. A fully fitted kitchen leads to an open plan lounge area with a lovely, cosy fireplace. There is a very conveniently situated restroom and utility room downstairs. In the upper floor area of the house you will find two good sized bedrooms and a bathroom.

The house is built in stone and located in an olive grove between the beach and the foothills of the Taygetos mountains. It is approximately 1 km walk or drive to the beautiful seaside village of Agios Nikolaos, it’s possible to go hiking on the traditional footpaths in the area. There is a beautiful, large ancient olive tree near the garden gate it's known to be at least 150 years old documented by village records. The house is 90 square meters with a 90 square meter garden. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  The house is heated/cooled by two AC units in the bedrooms with additional electric heaters for use downstairs.
