Kastania

This property is a new built stone house of 80 m² and a small old stone house , located in a mountain village approx. 25 minutes’ drive to the coastal resort of Stoupa. The old house consists of 2 small rooms on the upper level and an apothiki on the lower level. The new build property on the lower level has an open plan lounge with a fully fitted wooden kitchen, shower room and toilet. there is a large balcony with views to the street and the mountains. The upper floor has still to be completed and at the moment consist of brick wall partitions. Both properties are located in the small square to the entrance of the village, so parking and access is very easy.
