Old Olive Factory
This property is located in the heart of a traditional village only a 5 minute drive to the popular coastal resort of Stoupa. It was built in 1782 and was one of the original olive oil presses in the area. A lot of the old olive pressing machinery is still inside. It stands on a plot of 427 m2. And has its own parking area.
A door leads into the orginal part of the old Press which is covered by a corrugated roof. Also on the ground floor there are two large Kamaras. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where there is a small balcony and a kitchen area. Walking through this area leads you into the main part of the stone house which is approx. 99 m2. From this there is a larger balcony area which overlooks the ground floor exterior garden and which has lovely views of the coastline and the mountains.
