A one bedroomed Semi-detached stone House that sleeps 4 people and has been designed for Al-Fresco Living in Proastio, a wonderful, traditional village situated very close to Kardamyli in the Mani. Utilities are not included in price.
On the lower level of the house there is a lounge with a double sofa bed, a television, a wood burning stove which heats the whole house in the winter months, a kitchenette with fully fitted wooden units, a fridge/freezer, an electric cooker, a microwave, coffee machine and juice blender. There is small wet room with a toilet , a wash basin and a shower .
Marble stairs lead up to the upper level where there is a bedroom with a double bed, bedside cabinets, a double wardrobe with drawers , an en-suite shower room with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. From the bedroom french doors with fitted mosquito nets lead out to balconies. The front balcony has views of the Taygetos Mountains and the Messinias coastline from the side balcony you have stunning views of the Kardamyli coastline and unforgettable Mani sunsets.
