Nestled in a quiet hamlet above the village of Stoupa is this lovely stone-built, detached house. It has a private, parking area and a verandah area around the house, Perfect for sitting in the sun all day.
You enter the house into a big kitchen/living room with a dining table, sofa, and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge freezer and full cooker. There are two spacious bedrooms and a shower/toilet in between the bedrooms. Each room has its own air conditioning/heating units and there is also an open fireplace for cosy winter evenings.
There is a small garden overlooking olive trees. The owner lives very close by and is very friendly and helpful.
The village of Stoupa with its beachfront bars and restaurants is a short drive away and there is a restaurant very close to the house which has a swimming pool that customers can use. This is an excellent location for exploring the area.
Monthly rental price does not include electricity and water charges.
