These one bedroom maisonettes are in the heart of Stoupa only a stone’s throw from the main beach. There are five maisonettes in all to let. Nos. 5,6,7,8 face the pool the pool. Each maisonette is designed in the same way except for No 8 which is in the far corner of the block which is slightly larger and has an en-suite bathroom and toilet. The accommodation comprises, on the ground floor, an open plan living room with two comfortable sofas one of which opens out into a double sofa bed, a coffee table and a wall mounted television.
A kitchenette with built in sink, 2 ring electric heater and fridge and a downstairs guest toilet. The front door leads out onto a seating area with outside table and chairs and a roller blind. The first floor consists of a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, dressing table and mirror. French doors lead out onto the balcony which has views of the sea and the mountains. There is a communal swimming pool which is filled during the summer season. The water is heated by electricity. Tenants will also be expected to pay a monthly share of the communal expenses which include the pool, vothera and the security lighting.
