The villa is situated close to Stoupa village with its amenities including a supermarket, chemist and waterfront tavernas as well as the main beach and the beach of Kalogria. It is also only a 5 minute drive to the picturesque fishing village of Agios Nikolaos with its fish tavernas and bars. The Villa has beautiful views of the sea and the Messinia coastline with the Taygetos mountains to the rear. A handy barbecue provides opportunities for al fresco dining, enjoying the sea views and peaceful ambience.
On the ground floor is the main living, dining and open plan kitchen areas designed with contemporary tasteful décor. There is a king sized bedroom with a shower room next door. On the first floor is a second bathroom and a second reception area with seating and a kitchenette, ideal for larger groups wanting to spread out and enjoy the extra spaces. The king-size and twin bedrooms each have a private balcony enjoying the splendid sea views. A thirty minute walk or five minute drive away is pretty Stoupa village with its amenities and traditional tavernas, shops and café-bars. The main town beach is down on the harbor front and a further five minute drive takes you to Kalogria beach. The villages of Agios Nikolaos and Dimitrios and Kardamyli are also within a 10 minute drive. The Winter months are ideal for walking, cycling, painting, writing and exploring the area. This Villa would suit a couple or group of friends who would like to get away from it all and enjoy the mild Mediterranean climate of the Mani in the Winter and early Spring.
