From this floor you are able to step through french windows out onto a generous balcony, ideal for family dinners or relaxing on the evening. The lower floor has the two bedrooms, with a bathroom also on this floor. Both bedrooms able to step out to a lower covered outside area and the rear entrance to the property.
Winter heating is provided by an open wood fire and reversible air conditioning unit. There is a small annual community charge to keep the grounds and gardens maintained.
Ideal as a summer cottage, or year round living for a small family.
